Job description

• As an O&M Electrical Engineer in our organisation, you will receive
hands on training as well as product specific training to enable you to

• In your role, you will be active in servicing, repairing and trouble
shooting the equipment of our customers at remote locations. You will
work in teams and report your work to the Team Leader with in the local
organisation.
Responsibilities
• Provide O&M services as directed.
• Perform Electrical Maintenance services as directed.
• Trouble shoot and solve the complex problems.
• Perform repair work where needed.
• Lead the team of subordinates.
• Report technical and commercial aspects related to the job to the
• Manager Power Plant.
• Promote O&M activities and expertise as instructed.
Requirements
• Graduate Engineer in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent.
• Knowledge of modern electrical systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs and Control Room Equipment.
• Product Specific / practical training.
• Knowledge of Diesel Engine Generators / Engines
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good team spirit, able to work and collaborate well with colleagues.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Communication and reporting skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able and willing to work in shifts
